Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using GlanceMenu, you agree to these Terms. If you're using the service for a company or venue, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. The service
GlanceMenu provides a dinner order system, event planning portal, allergy tracking, and related tools for catering halls and event venues. We may update or improve the service at any time.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep credentials secure, invite only people who should have access, and let us know immediately if you think an account has been compromised.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel any time from the web portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; we don't pro-rate refunds.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use GlanceMenu to violate the law, infringe others' rights, or disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
6. Your data
You own your event, menu, and guest data. We process it to run the service and, where permitted, to improve it. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Termination
You can close your account any time. We can terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms, or wind down the service with reasonable notice.
8. Liability
GlanceMenu is provided "as is" without warranties. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
