Account info (name, email, phone, venue), event data you enter, guest dietary notes, and basic usage data (log-in times, pages visited). Payment info is handled by Stripe — we never see your card number.

2. How we use it

To run the service: load your events, route orders to the kitchen, flag allergies, bill your subscription. We also use aggregated usage data to improve performance and fix bugs.

3. Who we share it with

Staff and clients you invite. Service providers (Stripe for billing, AWS for hosting). Legal authorities when required. We don't sell personal data.

4. How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on AWS. We follow industry standard security practices and review our setup regularly. If something goes wrong, we'll tell affected users promptly.

5. Your rights

You can access, update, export, or delete your data any time from the web portal. For guest data, the venue is the controller — contact them first. For help, email privacy@glancemenu.com.
